Gerjan Wolterink
Gerjan Wolterink received the MSc. degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Twente in 2017, where he is currently pursuing the PhD degree with the Robotics and Mechatronics and Biomedical Signals and Systems Group.
The goal of his PhD project is to create integration of EMG, kinematic and kinetic sensing data, from soft flexible personalised sensing structures, to receive continuous information about the interaction of the human body with the environment. For the EMG and kinematic data new soft and customisable sensors are developed using FDM 3D-printing technologies.
